Date of Birth
    • You must be recognised in Colonoscopy by the CCRTGE to participate in the Recertification in Colonoscopy.

      We ask that you provide us with your date of birth to assist us in matching your CCRTGE recognition records to the identity information you provide here.

      When you submit your registration we will send a message to that email address - to complete your registration you must click the link in that message so that we can verify your email address.

      A given email address can be registered only once.

      Your CCRTGE username must be from 2 to 50 characters long and contain only letters, numbers and the '@' character.

      If you do not remember your CCRTGE username enter 'forgotten'.

AHPRA Registration Number
    • The AHPRA registration number must contain only three uppercase letters followed by ten numbers
